Grote Knip is also known as Playa Kenepa Grandi. Kleine Knip is Playa Kenepa Chiki. Neither is the offshore island of Klein Curaçao. Check the destination name before opening directions or agreeing on a meeting point.

Which would I choose first?

For a first visit focused on a broad cove view, we would start with Grote Knip. If you prefer to compare a smaller setting, include Kleine Knip as the optional second stop. These are editorial preferences; neither guarantees quiet water, empty sand or available facilities.

Look at the actual descent and entry before carrying everything down. A beautiful view from above and a suitable beach base are separate decisions.

Do not rely on assumptions about services

Check the latest beach notes for access and reported amenities, then confirm what is operating when you arrive. Bring enough drinking water and sun protection that your visit does not depend on one vendor. Ask what any seating or shade rental includes before paying.
